Q1: Are your fruits organic?
Our fruits are grown naturally by village farmers without cold storage or chemical waxes. While not officially certified organic, they are grown the traditional way — chemical-free and fresh from Himachal Pradesh.
Q2: Are all apples handpicked and fresh?
Yes! Every apple and pear is handpicked at peak ripeness, packed the same day, and shipped without delay.
Q3: What if a few fruits get bruised in transit?
Minor bruising can happen due to courier handling — but rest assured, the fruits are safe to eat. We pack carefully to minimize damage.
Q4: Do you add any preservatives or wax on fruits?
No preservatives. No wax. 100% natural, straight from the farm.
Q5: Are your pine nuts and walnuts raw or roasted?
Our premium pine nuts and walnuts are raw, unsalted, and unprocessed, ideal for cooking, snacking, or gifting.
📦 Packaging & Quantity
Q6: What is the quantity per box?
Each fruit box weighs 5 kg net, carefully packed in KhaduFarm-branded cardboard boxes.
Q7: How many apples or pears come in 1 box?
Box count varies slightly based on fruit size. Typically, you’ll receive around 25–40 apples or pears per 5kg box.

Q8: Do you deliver pan India?
Yes! We ship to all major cities and towns across India.
Q9: When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped in 1–3 working days after confirmation and typically delivered within 3–5 working days via trusted courier partners.
Q10: Will I get tracking details?
Yes, tracking information will be shared with you via WhatsApp and email once the order is shipped.
Q11: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we only accept prepaid orders. This helps us avoid wastage and maintain fairness to small farmers.

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and all major wallets through secure payment gateways.
Q13: Is there any discount or first-time buyer offer?

KhaduFarm operates as a local, village-based brand and does not charge GST.
🔄 Returns, Refunds & Issues
Q15: What if I receive a damaged or spoiled product?
For nuts only, you may request a return within 14 days if items are spoiled or damaged. Fruits are perishable and not eligible for returns but will get refund accordingly if fruits are damaged.
Q16: Can I return fruit if I don’t like the taste or quality?
Unfortunately, no returns are accepted for fruits, as they are seasonal and perish quickly.
Q17: What if my fruit box is missing items or delivered late?
