🍎 Fruits – No Returns or Refunds Until Damaged

Our apples and pears are perishable, seasonal, and hand-picked β€” which means we do not accept returns or offer refunds on fresh fruit products once they are shipped.

Please note:

  • Fruits may vary slightly in shape, size, or color as they are grown naturally.

  • Minor bruising during transit can happen and is not considered damage.

🌰 Nuts – 14-Day Return Policy

For pine nuts and walnuts, we offer a 14-day return window in case:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The packaging is tampered or damaged

  • The product is spoiled or not fit for consumption

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of issue (images/videos) must be provided

Once approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.
