Welcome to KhaduFarm. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. Products & Availability

KhaduFarm sells fresh, seasonal farm products like apples, pears, and premium dry fruits. All product listings, prices, and descriptions are subject to change without notice based on harvest and stock availability.

  • Fruit availability is seasonal and limited.

  • All fruits are packed and shipped fresh, without cold storage or artificial preservation.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and include packing and shipping.

  • We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, etc.).

  • We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery).

  • KhaduFarm operates as a small-scale farmer venture and does not charge or provide GST invoices.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship pan-India via trusted courier partners.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 days of confirmation and delivered in 3–5 working days (on average).

  • Delays may occur due to weather, location, or courier issues. We are not liable for delays once the order is shipped.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for fresh fruits as they are perishable and seasonal.

  • Nuts (pine nuts & walnuts) may be returned within 14 days if the item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. Terms apply.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once dispatched, no cancellations or changes are allowed.
